Interior Designer (3D Design Specialist)

**Job Summary** We are seeking an experienced **Interior Designer** with a minimum of **5 years of professional experience** and strong expertise in **3D design and visualization**. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing innovative design concepts, producing high-quality renderings, and supporting project execution from concept to completion. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop creative interior design concepts based on client requirements * Produce high-quality **3D models, renderings, and visual presentations** * Prepare layout plans, mood boards, and material selections * Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project teams * Ensure designs meet functionality, safety, and aesthetic standards * Participate in client meetings and presentations * Revise designs based on feedback and project constraints **Requirements** * Minimum **5 years of experience** in interior design * Strong expertise in **3D design and visualization tools** (e.g., 3ds Max, SketchUp, Lumion, V-Ray, or similar) * Proficiency in AutoCAD and design software * Strong creative and technical skills * Excellent communication and presentation skills * Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines * **Arabic speaking is preferred** * **Ability to teach or conduct training sessions is a plus** **Preferred Qualifications** * Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field * Experience in UAE market and standards * Portfolio showcasing previous 3D design work Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month Education: * Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: * interior Design: 5 years (Required) * 3D design and visualization tools: 3 years (Required) * Sustainability : 3 years (Preferred) * BOQ: 3 years (Required) Language: * Arabic (Required) License/Certification: * CAPM (Preferred) * Driving (Required) Work Location: In person
