**Position:** Interior Designer & 3D Visualizer **Company:** Royal Crest Contracting LLC **Location:** Remotely **Salary:** AED 2500- AED 3000 **Job Overview** Royal Crest Contracting LLC is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer & 3D Visualizer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for creating interior concepts, space planning, home elevations, AutoCAD drawings, realistic 3D renders, and walkthrough presentations for residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate should have strong design aesthetics, technical knowledge, and the ability to convert concepts into high-quality visual presentations. Key Responsibilities * Create interior design concepts for villas, apartments, offices, and commercial spaces * Prepare mood boards, material selections, and furniture layouts * Develop 2D AutoCAD drawings, layouts, and detailed design plans * Design exterior elevations and facade concepts * Produce realistic 3D renders and walkthrough animations * Coordinate with architects, engineers, site teams, and management * Modify designs as per client and management requirements * Prepare presentation drawings for approvals and client meetings * Ensure designs are practical, modern, and aligned with project budgets Software Requirements Candidates should have experience in: * AutoCAD * SketchUp / 3ds Max / Blender * V-Ray / Corona / Lumion / D5 Render * Photoshop * Revit (preferred) * Microsoft Office Requirements * Minimum 2–4 years of experience in interior design and 3D visualization * Strong portfolio of interior and exterior design projects * Good understanding of materials, lighting, textures, and color coordination * Ability to create modern and luxury-style concepts * Knowledge of construction details and site coordination * Strong communication and presentation skills * UAE experience is preferred Preferred Experience * Experience in villa and luxury residential projects * Knowledge of UAE design standards and municipality requirements * Experience handling both interior and exterior design concepts Benefits * Visa provided * Career growth opportunities * Supportive and creative work environment * Opportunity to work on premium projects Interested candidates may share their CV and portfolio for review.
