Position Overview We are seeking a talented and experienced **Luxury Villa Designer** to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing high-end residential villas, a passion for luxury architecture and interiors, and the ability to transform client visions into exceptional living spaces. Key Responsibilities * Design and develop luxury villa concepts, layouts, and architectural plans. * Create detailed design presentations, mood boards, and 3D visualizations. * Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and project managers throughout the design and construction process. * Ensure all designs align with client requirements, project budgets, and Dubai Municipality regulations. * Select materials, finishes, fixtures, and furnishings suitable for luxury residential projects. * Conduct site visits to monitor design implementation and maintain quality standards. * Stay updated on the latest luxury design trends, materials, and technologies. * Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and project objectives. * Present design concepts confidently to clients and stakeholders. Requirements * Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field. * Minimum **3-5 years of experience** in luxury villa design, high-end residential projects, or bespoke property developments. * Strong portfolio showcasing luxury villa or premium residential projects. * Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, Lumion, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design software. * Excellent understanding of architectural detailing, space planning, and luxury interior design principles. * Knowledge of UAE construction standards and regulations is highly desirable. * Strong communication, presentation, and project management skills. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
