Interior Designer

**Job Responsibilities (Renovation & Construction)** * Prepare interior design concepts, mood boards, and space planning layouts for residential and commercial projects. * Develop 2D drawings, 3D designs, and presentation materials using design software. * Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements, preferences, and budget. * Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and color schemes suitable for project specifications. * Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities), material specifications, and project documentation. * Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, site engineers, and project managers during execution. * Conduct regular site visits to monitor work progress and ensure design implementation as per approved drawings. * Ensure all renovation and fit-out works comply with Dubai Municipality regulations and safety standards. * Review technical drawings and shop drawings before execution. * Assist in project planning, timelines, and cost control for interior fit-out and renovation works. * Resolve design and site-related issues during project execution. * Maintain project documentation, approvals, and material submittals. Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month Work Location: Hybrid remote in Dubai (Dubai)
