Our corporate philosophy drives us to continuously innovate and lead the market. **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Interior Designer with expertise in fit-out and furniture. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction details, shop drawings, and site coordination. This role requires creativity, technical proficiency, and an in-depth knowledge of materials and industry standards. .**Key Responsibilities** · Develop technical drawings for fit-out and furniture works, partitions, ceilings, and wall paneling. · Prepare and review shop drawings, detailed joinery drawings, and as-built drawings as per project requirements. · Conduct site visits to ensure design execution aligns with approved drawings and specifications. · Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors for seamless project execution. · Select appropriate materials based on durability, aesthetics, and cost-effectiveness. · Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and client specifications. · Create 3D renders, mood boards, and presentations for client approval. · Manage project documentation, revisions, and approvals effectively. · Strong knowledge of material specifications and joinery fabrication processes. · Revise and update existing drawings as needed. **Requirements** * Proven ability to design furniture to meet customer needs. * Experience in developing detailed technical drawings and 3D models. * Proficiency in creating prototypes and testing designs. * Familiarity with raw materials like wood, metal, plastics, etc. * Collaboration with designers and engineers. * Knowledge of industry trends and developments. * Knowledge of software’s – 3dsmax, SketchUp, AutoCAD, Photoshop, Illustrator, V-Ray / Corona as well as basic Microsoft office **Skills** * Creative flair and technical expertise in furniture design. * Strong interpretation of customer requirements. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines. * Ensuring project completion within the allocated budget and timeline. **Additional Information** **Ability to Commute/Relocate:** * Must be able to reliably commute to or relocate to Sharjah before starting work. **Application Questions:** * Do you have 4-5 years of work experience or knowledge in furniture fit-out & joinery?
