* Maintain and organize project documents, records, and correspondence.
* Assist in tracking project submissions, approvals, permits, and inspections.
* Coordinate with project managers, engineers, procurement teams, suppliers, and site staff.
* Monitor project timelines and follow up on outstanding tasks and documentation.
* Support the preparation of reports, meeting minutes, and project updates.
* Assist with procurement documentation, quotations, and supplier coordination.
* Ensure all project files are accurate, complete, and properly maintained.
* Support project handover documentation and close-out procedures.
* Perform general administrative and coordination duties as required.
### **Requirements**
* Bachelor's Degree or currently pursuing a degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.
* 0–2 years of experience in administration, coordination, document control, customer service, or project support roles (internship experience is an advantage).
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
* Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
* Professional attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
* Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.
