IT Engineer

XAD Technologies is looking for a skilled and motivated **IT Engineer** to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and supporting the company’s IT infrastructure, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring smooth operation of systems and networks. **Key Responsibilities:** * Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, and networks * Monitor system performance and troubleshoot hardware/software issues * Provide technical support to internal users and resolve IT-related problems * Manage network security, backups, and data protection systems * Configure and support Microsoft Office 365, email systems, and user accounts * Maintain IT documentation and inventory records * Coordinate with vendors for IT equipment and service support * Ensure compliance with company IT policies and security standards **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in **Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field** * Minimum **2–5 years** of experience in IT support or system/network administration * Strong knowledge of **Windows Server, Active Directory, Networking, and Hardware Troubleshooting** * Experience with **Microsoft 365, firewalls, backups, and cybersecurity practices** * Relevant certifications (**CCNA, MCSA, ITIL**) will be an advantage * Strong problem-solving and communication skills Job Type: Full-time Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month Work Location: In person
