IT Engineer

We are seeking a skilled IT Engineer with 3–5 years of experience to manage and support our IT systems, network infrastructure, and end-user technical requirements. The ideal candidate should be proactive, technically strong, and able to handle on-site support when required. Key Responsibilities: Provide IT support for hardware, software, and network issues Install, configure, and maintain systems and devices Monitor and maintain network and server performance Troubleshoot technical problems and ensure quick resolution Maintain backups, system security, and data protection Support users and handle daily IT operations Coordinate with vendors for IT-related services Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in IT / Computer Science or related field 3–5 years of IT experience Strong knowledge of networking, systems, and troubleshooting Experience in Windows/Linux environments (preferred) Good communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and in a team Mandatory Requirement: Valid UAE Driving License Preferred Skills: CCTV installation/support knowledge Server / Active Directory management Basic cloud knowledge Job Type: Permanent Work Location: In person
