IT Engineer

We are seeking a skilled IT Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining computer systems, networks, and related hardware/software, while also providing timely technical support to end users. **Key Responsibilities:** * Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and network systems. * Troubleshoot issues with desktops, laptops, servers, printers, and peripherals. * Monitor system performance and ensure reliability and uptime. * Provide timely and professional IT support to users. * Perform regular maintenance, updates, and security patches. * Manage email systems, data backups, antivirus, and firewalls. * Maintain accurate records of IT assets. * Ensure data security and compliance with policies. * Handle user onboarding/offboarding and system access. * Coordinate with vendors and service providers as needed. **Qualifications and Skills:** * Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field, with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in IT support or engineering. * Strong technical skills in Windows/Linux systems, networking, cloud platforms (e.g., Microsoft 365), and security tools. * Excellent problem-solving abilities, communication skills, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.
