#We_are_hiringAIMUTAHIDA PACKAGING | IT for SAP• Location: Iraq - Babylon - Al-mohaweel -The High WayMain Responsibilities:Manage SAP user administration, including role assignments, authorization management, and access controlCoordinate with the SAP partner on ongoing development, testing.Support and monitor SAP module operations including MM(Materials Management), FI (Finance), CO (Controlling), PP(Production Planning), and SD (Sales & Distribution)• Troubleshoot and resolve SAP-related issues reported by end users in a timely manner, attempting first-level resolution before opening a support ticket where possibleDaily Tasks:Monitor open SAP support tickets and coordinate resolution with the support partner teamHandle authorization requests and user access provisioningFollow up on pending tasks and tickets through to resolution.Required Technical Skills:Solid understanding of SAP S/4HANA modules (MM, PP, SD)Knowledge of SAP authorization and role management(SU01, PFCG)Familiarity with SAP Basis fundamentals and transport nanagementProficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related fieldMinimum 2-4 years of experience in SAP support or implementationSAP certification is a plusStrong communication skills in English
