IT Project Manager

We are looking for a structured, proactive, and results-driven IT Project Manager who can plan, execute, and deliver projects on time and within scope while ensuring quality and stakeholder satisfaction. Salary & Benefits * Competitive monthly salary: QAR 12,000 – 18,000 (based on experience) * Performance-based bonuses * Health insurance * Paid annual leave and public holidays * Housing and transportation allowance (if applicable) * Professional development and certification support (PMP, Agile, Scrum) * Career advancement opportunities Work Schedule * Full-time position * 8–9 hours per day * 5 days per week * Hybrid or flexible arrangements depending on project needs Key Responsibilities * Plan, manage, and deliver IT projects from initiation to completion * Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables * Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and stakeholders * Monitor project progress and adjust plans to meet objectives * Manage risks, issues, and change requests effectively * Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget * Communicate project updates and reports to stakeholders and leadership * Facilitate meetings, sprint planning, and project reviews * Ensure quality standards and best practices are followed * Maintain documentation including project plans, status reports, and timelines Skills for This Role * Strong project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) * Experience with project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, MS Project) * Budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning * Risk management and problem-solving skills * Stakeholder management and communication skills * Leadership and team coordination * Time management and multitasking abilities * Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) * Data analysis and reporting skills * PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is a plus Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field * Proven experience as an IT Project Manager or similar role * Experience managing software development or IT infrastructure projects * Ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously * Strong organizational and decision-making skills * Willingness to adapt in a fast-paced environment About the Company ZoomiTech Solutions is an innovative IT services company in Qatar specializing in digital transformation, software development, and technology consulting.
