IT Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager with strong Business Analysis skills to lead end-to-end project delivery while ensuring business requirements are effectively captured, analyzed, and translated into technical solutions. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure successful project outcomes. ***Your mission if you accept it ...*** * Lead planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects from initiation to closure * Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders * Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications * Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and resources * Coordinate between development, QA, infrastructure, and business teams * Facilitate workshops, meetings, and stakeholder discussions * Define project plans, milestones, and deliverables * Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with business objectives * Perform impact analysis and support solution design decisions * Ensure proper change management and communication throughout the project lifecycle * Prepare project status reports and executive updates * Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure successful delivery ***- Our stack*** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field * **3–6 years of experience** in IT Project Management and/or Business Analysis * Strong understanding of **software development lifecycle (SDLC)** and Agile methodologies * Proven experience in requirements gathering and documentation * Experience managing cross-functional IT projects * Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Trello, Azure DevOps) * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously * Knowledge of system integration and enterprise applications Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Work Location: In person
