IT Support Engineer

Cloud Tech IT Solutions LLC is looking for a skilled IT Support Engineer to join our growing team in Dubai. Responsibilities: * Install and configure computers, printers, CCTV systems, and networking devices * Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues * Support WiFi, structured cabling, and IP phone systems * Configure routers, switches, and access points * Visit client locations for onsite support across UAE * Maintain servers, NAS storage, and backup systems Requirements: * Experience in IT support or networking * Basic knowledge of CCTV and access control systems * Familiarity with Windows, networking, and troubleshooting * UAE driving license is an advantage * Good communication skills Job Type: Full-time Location: Dubai, UAE Company: Cloud Tech IT Solutions LLC www.cloudtechdxb.com Work Location: In person
