IT Support Engineer

Job description: **We’re Hiring: Network & System Administrator | Al Haramain Perfumes** We’re looking for a skilled and proactive **Network & System Administrator** to manage and maintain our organization’s IT infrastructure. **Key Responsibilities:** * Install, configure, and maintain network systems (LAN, WAN, VPN, Wi-Fi, firewalls, routers, switches) * Monitor network and system performance; troubleshoot and resolve issues * Manage servers and operating systems (Windows Server & Linux) * Administer user accounts, permissions, and access via Active Directory * Provide IT support for hardware, software, and network issues * Implement cybersecurity measures (antivirus, firewalls, updates, backups) * Configure and manage DNS, DHCP, and IP addressing * Perform regular data backups and support disaster recovery planning * Maintain virtualization environments (e.g., VMware) * Document IT processes, configurations, and system updates * Plan and execute system and network upgrades **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science (or equivalent experience) * 3–6 years experience in IT/Network Administration * Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN * Experience with VMware & server environments * Certifications (CCNA, Network+) are a plus * Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills * U.A.E driver's license (preferred) **Location:** Ajman, UAE **Employment Type:** Full Time Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month Application Question(s): * In how many days you can join? * What is your current Salary and Expected Salary?
