* Provided first-level IT support via phone, email, remote, and onsite assistance.
* Troubleshot hardware, software, printer, network, and application issues.
* Installed and maintained desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
* Managed user accounts, password resets, access rights, and mailbox permissions.
* Administered Microsoft 365 services including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Exchange Online.
* Managed Office 365 licenses, mailboxes, distribution groups, and email troubleshooting.
* Supported Mimecast administration including email tracing, spam filtering, and mail flow monitoring.
* Assisted with CrowdStrike Falcon endpoint monitoring, sensor installation, and basic threat investigations.
* Supported Avaya IP Phones and IP Office 500 V2 configuration and troubleshooting.
* Coordinated with Contact Center Support Teams for escalations and maintenance activities.
* Provided basic firewall, VPN, VLAN, switch, router, and Wi-Fi support.
* Monitored LAN/WAN connectivity and resolved network-related issues.
* Performed Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group Policy administration.
* Applied server updates, patches, and routine system health checks.
* Supported meeting room devices, video conferencing systems, and IP telephony.
* Monitored antivirus, endpoint security, backups, and overall system health.
* Escalated critical issues to higher-level support teams and ensured compliance with IT security policies.
