IT Support Engineer with UAE Driving License

We are seeking a highly motivated and minimum 3-5 years experienced IT Support Engineer to join our IT team, and lead our Cyber Security vertical. Cadidate is responsible for manage data protection, and privacy program in compliance with UAE laws, ADHICS standards, and international best practices.. Candidates should be proficient in Server configuration, diagnostics, and maintenance. Also have experience with computer and network security, including firewalls, antivirus software, and malware protection. Candidates often need to provide technical support remotely and need to be familiar with virtual network solutions. They also need to have exceptional communication skills as the role includes dealing with customers by providing customer support and being proficient with the use of command-line interfaces for Windows, Mac OS, and Linux. The candidate must have a minimum of **3 - 5 years experience** in a similar role and **A valid UAE driving license** is mandatory for this role. **Responsibilities:** * Establish and expand the Cybersecurity team at OnlineIT Solutions, defining processes, frameworks, and best practices. * Design, install, configure, and maintain physical and virtual systems. * Monitor system performance and troubleshoot hardware and software issues. * Solid understanding of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, VPN, firewalls, routers, and switches. * Hands-on experience with Wi-Fi networks, endpoint security, and secure remote access. * Configure and maintain latest servers and Firmwares. * Develop and maintain system documentation. * Develop and maintain security policies and procedures. * Provide technical support for users. * Respond to system outages and other critical issues. * Maintain and develop knowledge of system hardware and software. * Ensure compliance with relevant standards. * Develop, implement, and monitor a strategic, comprehensive data protection, enterprise information security, and IT risk management program aligned with ADHICS, UAE privacy laws, and international standards. * Cyber security and privacy principles (confidentiality, integrity, availability). **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (mandatory) * Proven experience as a System Administrator or similar role * Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux servers, networking, and security * Experience with Office 365, Active Directory, firewalls, and virtualization * Relevant certifications (e.g., MCSA, MCSE )are a plus * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Job Type: Full-time Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate: * Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Experience: * ADHICS : 1 year (Required) Language: * Malayalam (Required) Location: * Abu Dhabi (Required) Work Location: In person
