Joinery Draftsman

**Position:** Joinery Draftsman **Job Type:** Full-time **Salary:** AED 2,500 – 3,000 per month Job Description Bliss and Fencer Monarch Interior Decoration L.L.C is seeking a talented and experienced **Interior Fit-Out / Joinery Draftsman** to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in interior fit-out and joinery, with the ability to produce detailed technical drawings, 3D models, and design concepts for both commercial and residential projects. This role requires a balance of creative design skills and technical precision to ensure high-quality project delivery. Key Responsibilities * Develop interior concepts, layouts, and detailed plans for commercial and residential projects. * Prepare accurate 2D and 3D drawings, renderings, and models using AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar software. * Produce detailed joinery and shop drawings for production and installation. * Create design presentations and material boards for client approval. * Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and accuracy. * Conduct site visits, take measurements, and ensure drawings match site conditions. * Select materials, finishes, colors, and fixtures to achieve cohesive designs. * Provide creative and technical solutions aligned with project specifications, budgets, and deadlines. * Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for material sourcing and timelines. Qualifications & Skills * Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience in interior fit-out and joinery drafting/design. * Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other relevant design software. * Strong knowledge of joinery details, materials, finishes, and installation methods. * Excellent creativity, design sense, and attention to detail. * Strong communication and coordination skills. * Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment. Preferred * UAE / GCC experience. * Knowledge of modern design trends and sustainable materials. Job Type: Full-time Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
