Joinery foreman

IMEP is currently seeking a highly experienced, responsible and knowledgeable **Joinery Foreman** to join our team. The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on experience in joinery works and a solid understanding of site procedures, particularly within **airport projects**. **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise and coordinate joinery works on-site * Ensure all works are completed according to drawings, specifications and quality standards * Manage workforce and allocate daily tasks effectively * Monitor site progress and ensure deadlines are met * Maintain strict compliance with airport site procedures and safety regulations * Coordinate with engineers, site managers and other trades * Ensure proper use of materials and minimize wastage * Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues on-site **Requirements:** * Proven experience as a Joinery Foreman (minimum several years preferred) * Strong experience working in **airport projects is mandatory** * Excellent knowledge of joinery works, installation methods and site procedures * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings * Strong leadership and communication skills * Responsible, disciplined and able to work under pressure * Familiarity with UAE construction standards is an advantage **Preferred Candidate Profile:** We are looking for a professional who is: * Highly experienced in joinery site supervision * Strong in problem-solving and decision-making * Detail-oriented and quality-focused * Familiar with strict site access and procedures in airport environments **How to Apply:** Interested candidates may apply through Indeed with their updated CV, clearly highlighting relevant airport and joinery experience.
