Junior Accountant

**Overview:** Kinetics Group is looking for a Junior Accountant to join our Dubai team. The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of accounting experience and strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and day-to-day accounting operations. We are seeking a confident and proactive individual with a positive attitude and strong willingness to learn. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes. * Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records. * Handle data entry and ensure proper documentation of transactions. * Assist in preparing financial reports and statements. * Support month-end and year-end accounting activities. * Coordinate with internal departments for finance-related matters. **Skills & Attributes Required:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. * 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience. * Proficiency in MS Excel, accounting software, and ERP systems. * Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting procedures. * Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills. * Confident, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced work environment. * Team-oriented, goal-focused, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
