Junior Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of accounting experience and a strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and reconciliation processes. Experience in the health insurance, health insurance TPA (Third-Party Administrator), or insurance industry will be a significant advantage. **Requirements** · Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. · Minimum **3–5 years of relevant accounting experience**. · Experience in **Health Insurance TPA, Health Insurance, or Insurance industry** is highly preferred. · Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting. · Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP software. · Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. · Strong attention to detail and accuracy. · Effective communication skills in English. · Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. · Professional accounting certification is an advantage. · Experience with insurance-related accounting processes and reconciliations. · Knowledge of UAE VAT regulations. **Location:** Dubai **Employment Type:** Full-Time **Joining:** Immediate joiners preferred Work Location: In person
