They bear full responsibility for the safety and accuracy of funds in the treasury. Additionally, they are responsible for handling all company purchases related to employees' office supplies and company needs, as well as overseeing general maintenance tasks for the company.Responsibilities:Safely disburse and receive cash, checks, and cash equivalents using appropriate methods.Reconcile daily treasury balances with financial records to ensure accuracy and reliability.Record all financial transactions accurately in accordance with financial policies and procedures.Document all disbursement and receipt transactions on a regular and consistent basis.Manage all company purchases related to employees' office supplies and company needs.Oversee general maintenance tasks for the company, ensuring a safe and functional working environment.Participate in internal and external treasury audits as required.Report any financial policy violations or discrepancies to the financial management.Skills and qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.A minimum of one year of experience in treasury management or financial accounting is required.Deep knowledge of financial procedures and relevant tax laws.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.Excellent communication skills and ability to interact Excellent communication skills and ability to interact effectively with colleagues and clientsApply Here: https://Inkd.in/dmqfhUFS
