Company: Middle East Insulation Salary: AED3000-4000 The Junior Indoor Sales Executive supports the sales team by handling customer inquiries, preparing quotations, following up with clients, and coordinating with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing. This role is ideal for a motivated individual looking to build a career in the building materials and industrial manufacturing sector. **Key Responsibilities:** **Sales Support** * Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp in a professional and timely manner. * Prepare commercial quotations under the guidance of the Sales Manager. * Follow up on submitted quotations to obtain customer feedback and secure orders. * Maintain regular communication with existing customers and assist in developing new business opportunities. **Order Coordination** * Process confirmed orders accurately and coordinate with production and logistics teams. * Ensure customer requirements and specifications are communicated to the relevant departments. * Track order progress and provide updates to customers when required. **Customer Service** * Build positive relationships with customers by providing excellent service. * Handle basic customer requests and escalate technical or commercial issues when necessary. * Support after-sales follow-up to encourage repeat business. **Documentation** * Maintain accurate records of quotations, orders, and customer communications. * Update the company's CRM/ERP system with customer and sales information. * Prepare weekly reports on quotation status and follow-up activities. **Administrative Support** * Assist the sales team in preparing tender documents and commercial proposals. * Organize customer files and maintain proper documentation. * Perform other sales-related duties assigned by management. **Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. * **0–2 years of experience** in sales, customer service, or administration. * Fresh graduates with a strong willingness to learn are encouraged to apply. * Good communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong organizational and time management abilities. * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). * Ability to learn technical products and pricing quickly. * Attention to detail and accuracy. * Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team. * Experience or academic exposure to the **construction, building materials, sandwich panels, rolling shutter doors, or industrial manufacturing** industry is an advantage but **not mandatory**. Training on the company's products and systems will be provided. Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
