JUNIOR IT SUPPORT

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Junior IT Support to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring smooth IT operations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Proven experience as a Desktop Support Engineer or in a similar technical support role with Healthcare sector EMR application (Concepts Medical Suit will be more preferrable) 2. Respond to and resolve end-user requests and issues in a timely and efficient manner. 3. Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software problems, including operating systems, applications, and network issues. 4. Install, configure, and maintain desktop and laptop computers, peripherals, and mobile devices. 5. Perform software installations, updates, and patches. 6. ADHICS related documentations and track support requests and resolutions . 7. Ensure security compliance and perform regular system maintenance tasks. 8. Collaborate with other IT team members to improve processes and enhance overall IT support services. Qualification; Male candidate With atleast 2 years experience in UAE Healthcare Pay: From AED1.00 per hour Ability to commute/relocate: * Al-Ayn: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Education: * Bachelor's (Required) Experience: * UAE HEALTHCARE: 2 years (Required) Location: * Al-Ayn (Preferred) Work Location: In person
