Junior MEP Engineer (Luxury Villas)

Every project is approached with care, precision, and a commitment to providing our clients with an outstanding experience. **The Role** We are seeking a **Junior MEP Engineer** to support the execution and coordination of **electrical and plumbing works** across residential villa and interior fit-out projects. This role is ideal for a hands-on engineer with strong drafting skills, site exposure, and a desire to grow within high-end residential construction. You will work closely with senior engineers, site teams, and subcontractors to ensure MEP works are coordinated, accurately documented, and executed to a high standard. **What You'll Do** **MEP Drafting & Technical Support** * Prepare and update **electrical and plumbing shop drawings** in coordination with the MEP team. * Assist in reviewing drawings and highlighting clashes or discrepancies. * Support coordination between MEP, civil, and interior fit-out works. **Site Support & Coordination** * Assist with on-site supervision of **electrical and plumbing installations**. * Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure works are executed as per approved drawings. * Support inspections and ensure works meet project quality and safety standards. **Collaboration & Reporting** * Work closely with senior MEP engineers, site engineers, and project managers. * Assist in tracking progress, materials, and site requirements. * Participate in coordination meetings and contribute to smooth site execution. **What You Need** **Education & Experience** * Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in **Electrical Engineering preferred** (Mechanical Engineering will be considered). * **Minimum 1 year of experience** in electrical and plumbing works (UAE experience). * **HVAC experience** is preferred. * Prior **site experience** is required. **Skills & Competencies** * **Strong drafting skills** in AutoCAD (mandatory). * Experience preparing **plumbing and electrical drawings**. * Basic understanding of MEP coordination and site workflows. * Good communication and teamwork skills. * Willingness to learn and grow within a fast-paced site environment. **Who You Are** * Detail-oriented and technically minded. * Comfortable working between drawings and site execution. * A proactive team player with a hands-on attitude. * Eager to develop your skills within high-end residential projects. **What We Offer** * **Salary: AED 4,000 - 6,000 depending on experience and qualifications** * UAE visa and medical insurance * Exposure to **luxury residential and premium interior projects** * Supportive, growth-oriented team environment with learning opportunities **How to Apply** Please upload your CV and project portfolio through the Indeed application.
