Junior Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented **Junior Quantity Surveyor** to join our growing commercial team. The ideal candidate will assist in quantity take-offs, cost estimation, project measurements, and subcontractor coordination while gaining hands-on experience in construction cost management. Key Responsibilities: * Assist in preparing quantity take-offs and cost estimates from drawings and specifications. * Support the preparation of BOQs, variations, and interim payment applications. * Monitor project costs and maintain accurate records of quantities and expenditures. * Coordinate with site engineers and procurement teams regarding material quantities and pricing. * Assist in subcontractor evaluations and payment certifications. * Prepare reports and documentation related to project costs and progress. * Ensure compliance with company procedures and project requirements. Requirements: * Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field. * 1–3 years of experience in quantity surveying or construction estimation. * Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and measurement standards. * Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and quantity surveying software is an advantage. * Strong analytical and numerical skills. * Good communication and teamwork abilities. * UAE experience is preferred but not mandatory for junior candidates.
