**Job Title: Key Account Manager – Collectibles** **Role Overview** We are seeking a commercially driven Key Account Manager to lead and grow our collectibles business across the GCC region. This role will focus on managing strategic retail, e-commerce, and distribution partners while driving revenue growth, brand visibility, and market share for categories such as toys, trading cards and fan merchandise. **Key Responsibilities** **1. Account & Relationship Management** * Serve as the primary point of contact for key retail accounts, distributors, and e-commerce partners * Build and maintain strong, long-term partnerships to support mutual growth * Identify opportunities to expand presence within existing and new accounts **2. Sales & Distribution Strategy** * Develop and execute account-specific business plans aligned with company objectives * Drive points of distribution across the GCC retail landscape * Deliver against revenue, sell-in, and sell-out targets **3. Commercial & P&L Ownership** * Own account-level P&L, including revenue, margins, and profitability * Define pricing and margin strategies in line with business goals * Monitor performance and implement corrective actions where needed **4. Negotiation & Joint Business Planning** * Lead annual negotiations with key partners, including JBPs, product listings, and promotional activities * Secure optimal terms for visibility, pricing, and distribution * Plan and execute promotional calendars to maximize sales impact **5. Product & Merchandising Execution** * Manage product assortment, listings, and in-store/online placement * Ensure strong brand presence and visibility across all channels * Collaborate with marketing teams on launches and campaigns **6. Forecasting & Reporting** * Produce weekly sales reports and performance updates * Lead forecasting and budgeting processes for assigned accounts * Track KPIs and provide actionable insights **7. Data Analysis & Market Insights** * Analyze sales data, market trends, and consumer behavior * Ensure optimal inventory levels and availability * Identify growth opportunities and emerging trends within collectibles and fandom categories **Candidate Profile** * 5+ years of experience in Key Account Management, Sales, or Business Development * Experience in toys, gaming, collectibles, or FMCG preferred * Proven track record of managing large retail or distribution accounts in the GCC * Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field **Preferred Experience:** * Experience selling premium branded products (e.g., toys, luggage, publishing, apparel) * Strong understanding of collectibles, pop culture and fandom ecosystems **Skills & Competencies** * Strong commercial acumen with P&L ownership experience * Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills * Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategy * Strong communication and presentation skills * Highly organized with strong attention to detail * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Willingness to travel across the GCC region * Availability to attend international trade shows as required Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month Experience: * Sales or Business development: 5 years (Required) * toys, gaming, or collectibles,: 4 years (Required) * Strong understanding of collectibles, pop culture: 4 years (Required) Work Location: In person
