Land Surveyor

Job description: We are seeking a highly skilled Land Surveyor with proven experience in roads, utilities, bridges, and large-scale infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, field accuracy, and a solid understanding of engineering design requirements to support ongoing and upcoming construction works. Key Responsibilities * Conduct detailed topographic, boundary, and construction surveys for infrastructure projects. * Perform setting-out for roads, utilities, bridges, and related civil works with high precision. * Prepare and maintain survey reports, field notes, as-built data, and digital records. * Collaborate closely with project engineers, site teams, and consultants to ensure survey data aligns with design specifications. * Utilize GPS, Total Station, AutoCAD, and other surveying instruments/software to capture and process data. * Verify and adjust survey equipment to maintain accuracy and reliability. * Monitor site progress and provide updated survey information as required. * Ensure compliance with local regulations, project standards, and safety protocols. Mandatory Experience & Qualifications * Minimum 7 years of experience as a Land Surveyor in roads, utilities, bridges, and infrastructure projects. * Strong proficiency in Total Station, GPS, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and related survey tools. * Demonstrated ability to interpret engineering drawings, construction plans, and technical specifications. * Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field. * Excellent analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills. * Ability to work independently and manage multiple site tasks efficiently. Preferred Attributes * Experience working with contractors or consultants on major infrastructure projects. * Familiarity with local authority standards and approval processes. * Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. * **RTA or Dubai Municipality (DM) approval experience.
