Land Surveyor

* Immediate Joiners only. * Minimum 2 years experience * Conducting field surveys and measurements using a variety of modern surveying equipment, such as total stations and GPS * Recording the results of surveys and verifying the accuracy of data * Preparing maps, diagrams, and reports detailing the results of surveys * Determining property boundaries and providing advice on boundary issues * Working closely with engineers, architects and stakeholders to provide surveying information for construction and development projects * Using computer software, including CAD, to draft plans and create visual aids * Researching legal documents, land records, previous survey records and land titles to obtain information about property boundaries * Communicating effectively with clients and team members to ensure that the objectives of the survey are met Work Location: In person
