(BEST) L.L.C is seeking a skilled **Land Surveyor** to support construction projects by conducting accurate site surveys, setting out works, and ensuring all measurements align with project requirements and design specifications. **Key Responsibilities** * Conduct **land and site surveys** using modern surveying equipment * Perform **setting out** for buildings, roads, and infrastructure works * Verify site levels, coordinates, and dimensions as per drawings * Prepare and maintain **survey reports and records** * Use software such as AutoCAD and other surveying tools * Coordinate with engineers and project teams on site measurements * Ensure accuracy and compliance with project specifications * Monitor and control survey data throughout project execution **Requirements** * Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field * Minimum **3+ years of experience** as a Land Surveyor in construction projects * Strong knowledge of surveying instruments (Total Station, GPS, Leveling tools) * Experience in building and infrastructure projects * Proficiency in AutoCAD * Good communication and teamwork skills Application Question(s): * Expected Salary Experience: * Land surveyor: 6 years (Preferred) Work Location: In person
