Land Surveyor

**Job Summary:** Al Qassim Aluminium and Glass is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Land Surveyor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting site surveys, taking accurate measurements, and supporting project execution by ensuring all site dimensions and levels comply with approved drawings and project requirements. **Key Responsibilities:** * Conduct site surveys and measurements for construction and façade projects. * Establish reference points, levels, and survey controls. * Verify site dimensions before fabrication and installation activities. * Prepare survey reports, measurement records, and site documentation. * Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site supervisors. * Ensure all works are executed according to approved drawings and specifications. * Identify and report site discrepancies or potential issues. * Operate and maintain surveying equipment such as Total Stations and GPS devices. **Requirements:** * Diploma or Degree in Land Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field. * Minimum 2–5 years of surveying experience in construction projects. * Proficiency in AutoCAD and surveying instruments. * Strong understanding of construction drawings and site layouts. * Good communication and coordination skills. * UAE experience is preferred. **Preferred:** * Experience in UAE façade projects * Immediate joiners preferred Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
