Land Surveyor

**Job Title: Land Surveyor** **Salary:** AED 4,000 – AED 8,000 **Location:** UAE **Experience Required:** 3+ Years (UAE experience preferred) Job Description: We are looking for an experienced **Land Surveyor** to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of land measurement, site surveying, and construction layout works, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project requirements. Key Responsibilities: * Conduct land and site surveys using modern surveying equipment such as Total Station, GPS, Auto Level, and Theodolite. * Prepare accurate measurements of land boundaries, elevations, and site dimensions. * Establish reference points and markers for construction projects. * Interpret engineering drawings, site plans, and construction layouts. * Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and project managers regarding survey data. * Verify alignment, levels, and dimensions during construction activities. * Prepare survey reports, maps, and documentation for project records. * Ensure all surveying activities comply with project specifications and safety standards. * Assist in resolving site-related technical issues related to measurements and layouts. * Monitor and maintain surveying instruments and equipment. Requirements: * Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Surveying, or related field. * Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Land Surveyor in UAE construction projects. * Strong knowledge of surveying methods and equipment. * Proficiency in AutoCAD and survey software is an advantage. * Good understanding of construction drawings and project execution. * UAE Driving License preferred. * Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
