Land Surveyor

A Land Surveyor for tower and villa projects conducts precise site measurements, establishes property boundaries, and provides critical setting-out points for construction using GPS and total stations. They are responsible for vertical alignment of structures, as-built surveys, volume calculations, and ensuring conformity with architectural plans and local regulations. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Site Surveying & Layout:** Perform initial site surveys, establish control points, and mark excavation boundaries, foundation locations, and building corners for both tower (vertical) and villa (horizontal) projects. * **Construction Monitoring:** Ensure precise verticality of towers, check floor levels (screed levels), and verify location of columns and walls throughout construction. * **Infrastructure & Utilities:** Set out lines for roads, sewage, and cable networks associated with villa projects. * **Data Analysis & Recording:** Use AutoCAD to analyze survey data, prepare maps, and maintain accurate as-built records for client/consultant approval. * **Equipment Maintenance:** Calibrate and maintain survey instruments like Robotic Total Stations, GPS, and levels to ensure accuracy. **Required Skills and Qualifications:** * **Experience:** Proven experience in high-rise and residential construction projects. * **Technical Knowledge:** Proficiency in surveying software, AutoCAD, and hardware (Total Station, GPS). * **Qualifications:** Diploma or degree in Land Surveying or Civil Engineering. * **Communication:** Ability to liaise with engineers, contractors, and clients. * **Compliance:** Strict adherence to safety (QA/QC) procedures.
