Land Surveyor – Façade Projects

**Job Summary:** AL QASSIM ALUMINIUM AND GLASS is hiring an experienced **Land Surveyor** for **façade, aluminium, and glass projects**. The candidate will be responsible for site measurements, setting out, level checks, alignment, and survey support for façade installation works. **Key Responsibilities:** * Conduct **site surveys, measurements, and setting out** for façade works * Verify site dimensions with approved drawings * Perform gridline marking, level checks, and alignment for installation * Use **Total Station, Auto Level, Laser Level, and survey equipment** * Coordinate with project manager, site engineer, and installation team * Identify and report site discrepancies to technical team * Prepare survey reports and as-built measurements * Ensure works are executed as per approved drawings and tolerances * Maintain daily survey records and documentation **Requirements:** * Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering, Surveying, or related field * Minimum **3–5 years UAE experience** in façade / aluminium / glass / construction projects * Strong knowledge of **site surveying, setting out, and measurements** * Experience in using **Total Station, Auto Level, GPS, Laser Level** * Ability to read façade and construction drawings * Good communication and coordination skills **Preferred:** * Experience in UAE façade projects * Immediate joiners preferred Job Type: Full-time Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
