Land Surveyor Specialist

M1 CONSTRUCTION L.L.C is seeking a skilled Land Surveyor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting precise land surveys for construction projects to determine property boundaries, topography, and other essential site data. This position plays a vital role in ensuring the accurate planning and execution of construction activities. **Key Responsibilities:** * Perform land surveys using various surveying instruments and technologies, including GPS and total stations. * Collect, analyze, and interpret field data to produce detailed survey maps and reports. * Demarcate property boundaries and stake out construction layouts according to project specifications. * Coordinate with engineers, architects, and contractors to provide accurate site information. * Ensure compliance with local surveying standards, regulations, and safety procedures. * Maintain and calibrate surveying equipment for optimal performance. * Prepare documentation, including legal descriptions and survey certificates. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or a related field. * Proven experience as a Land Surveyor in the construction industry. * Proficiency in using surveying instruments and software such as AutoCAD, GIS, and GPS technology. * Strong understanding of local land surveying laws and regulations. * Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills. * Good communication and teamwork abilities. * Ability to work on-site under various environmental conditions. **Benefits** Visa provided Health Insurance provided Very competitive salary
