Landscape Civil Engineer

We are seeking a qualified and experienced **Landscape Civil Engineer** with valid SOE (Society of Engineers – UAE) membership and a UAE Driving License. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising and executing landscape and civil infrastructure works, ensuring compliance with local authority standards, project specifications, and HSE regulations. The candidate must have strong site execution experience in landscape civil works including irrigation systems, drainage networks, and hardscape construction. **Key Responsibilities:** * Review and interpret landscape designs, drawings, specifications, and project requirements. * Assist in the preparation of landscape construction plans, material specifications, and cost estimates. * Evaluate site conditions, including soil, drainage, utilities, and environmental constraints. * Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, and engineers during project planning and execution. * Supervise landscape construction activities, including planting, hardscape works, irrigation installation, and site development. * Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules. * Monitor contractor performance and site productivity. * Verify quantities and quality of materials delivered to the project site. * Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of irrigation systems. * Ensure efficient water management and compliance with project specifications. * Monitor irrigation performance and recommend improvements where necessary. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards. * Report and investigate incidents, hazards, and non-conformities. * Maintain project records, inspection reports, and progress documentation. * Prepare technical reports, work schedules, and material requisitions. **Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Mandatory) * Valid SOE (Society of Engineers – UAE) Membership (Mandatory) * Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory) * Minimum 4–8 years of UAE experience in civil and landscape projects * Proven experience in landscape construction, maintenance, or project management. * Knowledge of landscape design principles, irrigation systems, horticulture, and site development. * Ability to read and interpret landscape drawings, specifications, and construction documents. * Proficiency in design and project management software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Microsoft Project or equivalent. * Understanding of irrigation systems, drainage systems, and landscape materials. * Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations related to landscaping works. * Strong project management, leadership, and problem-solving skills. * Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
