**Job Title:** Landscape Engineer **Location:** Dubai **Company:** Conin International Consultants **Experience Required:** Minimum 10 Years (UAE Experience) **Employment Type:** Full-Time Job Summary Conin International Consultants is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Landscape Engineer to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in landscape design coordination, site supervision, irrigation systems, softscape and hardscape execution, and project management for large-scale residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects across the UAE. The candidate should possess excellent technical knowledge, leadership capabilities, and the ability to coordinate effectively with consultants, contractors, and clients to ensure high-quality project delivery within timelines and budget. Key Responsibilities * Manage and supervise landscape construction and maintenance projects from inception to completion. * Coordinate with architects, civil engineers, MEP teams, contractors, and clients. * Review and interpret landscape drawings, specifications, BOQs, and technical documents. * Supervise softscape and hardscape works, including planting, paving, irrigation, lighting, and water features. * Monitor site progress, quality standards, and compliance with project specifications. * Conduct site inspections and prepare technical reports and progress updates. * Ensure compliance with UAE municipality regulations, HSE standards, and environmental requirements. * Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and material approvals. * Support project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and cost control activities. * Resolve technical and construction-related issues efficiently. Requirements * Bachelor’s Degree in Landscape Engineering, Agriculture Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field. * Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in landscape engineering within the UAE/GCC. * Strong knowledge of irrigation systems, planting techniques, hardscape materials, and landscape construction practices. * Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management software. * Familiarity with Dubai Municipality and UAE landscaping standards. * Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills. * Valid UAE driving license preferred. Preferred Skills * Experience in high-end villas, commercial developments, parks, or infrastructure projects. * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities. * Attention to detail and commitment to quality delivery.
