**JOB DESCRIPTION – LANDSCAPE DESIGNER** **Position:** Landscape Designer **Company:** Amber Building Contracting LLC **Location:** Dubai, UAE **Job Type:** Full-Time **Job Summary** We are looking for a skilled Landscape Designer to create attractive and functional outdoor spaces for residential, commercial, and hospitality projects. The candidate should have experience in landscape planning, softscape, hardscape, irrigation, and presentation drawings. **Key Responsibilities** * Prepare landscape concepts, layouts, and detailed design drawings. * Design gardens, villas, parks, terraces, pathways, and outdoor areas. * Plan softscape elements such as plants, trees, lawns, and greenery. * Plan hardscape elements such as paving, pergolas, seating, water features, and lighting. * Coordinate with clients, engineers, site team, and suppliers. * Prepare BOQ, material selections, and design presentations. * Conduct site visits and ensure design execution as planned. * Ensure designs meet local authority and project requirements. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Architecture, or related field. * Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience. * Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Photoshop, or related software. * Strong design sense and technical knowledge. * UAE experience preferred.
