الوصف الوظيفي:
تعلن شركة متخصصة في أعمال الحدائق والبستنة عن حاجتها لتعيين مهندس حدائق ذو خبرة وكفاءة عالية في إدارة وتنفيذ مشاريع تنسيق الحدائق وأعمال الصيانة الزراعية، على أن يتمتع بقدرة قوية على تطوير الأعمال وجلب المشاريع الجديدة للشركة، بالإضافة إلى مهارات احترافية في التسعير وإدارة فرق العمل والتعامل مع العملاء.
المهام والمسؤوليات:
* إدارة وتنفيذ مشاريع الحدائق والبستنة والصيانة الزراعية بكفاءة عالية.
* الإشراف المباشر على فرق العمل وضمان جودة التنفيذ وفق المواصفات المطلوبة.
* إعداد وتسعير عروض الأسعار والمناقصات للمشاريع بدقة واحترافية.
* دراسة المخططات الهندسية وحساب الكميات والتكاليف.
* القدرة على استقطاب مشاريع جديدة وبناء علاقات مهنية مع العملاء والاستشاريين.
* متابعة أعمال الصيانة الدورية للمشاريع وضمان رضا العملاء.
* التنسيق مع الموردين والمقاولين ومتابعة احتياجات المواقع.
* إعداد التقارير الفنية والإدارية الخاصة بالمشاريع.
* الالتزام بالجداول الزمنية ومعايير الجودة والسلامة المهنية.
المؤهلات المطلوبة:
* بكالوريوس في الهندسة الزراعية أو هندسة تنسيق الحدائق أو تخصص ذو صلة.
* خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في إدارة مشاريع الحدائق والبستنة داخل دولة الإمارات.
* خبرة قوية في تسعير المشاريع وإعداد عروض الأسعار والمناقصات.
* قدرة عالية على إدارة المشاريع والصيانة والتعامل مع العملاء باحترافية.
* مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والتفاوض وتطوير الأعمال.
* إجادة استخدام البرامج الهندسية وبرامج التسعير وإعداد التقارير.
* امتلاك رخصة قيادة إماراتية يُعتبر ميزة إضافية.

Job Summary:
A leading landscaping and gardening company is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Landscape Engineer with strong expertise in managing landscaping and maintenance projects. The ideal candidate should possess excellent business development abilities, including bringing new projects to the company, along with strong technical and commercial skills in project pricing, client management, and team supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and execute landscaping, gardening, and maintenance projects efficiently.
* Supervise site teams and ensure work quality meets required standards and specifications.
* Prepare and price quotations, tenders, and project cost estimations professionally.
* Review engineering drawings and calculate quantities and project costs.
* Develop new business opportunities and build strong relationships with clients and consultants.
* Oversee maintenance operations and ensure client satisfaction.
* Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and site teams.
* Prepare technical and administrative project reports.
* Ensure compliance with project timelines, quality standards, and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Engineering, Landscape Engineering, or related field.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in landscaping and gardening projects management within the UAE.
* Strong experience in project pricing, tendering, and cost estimation.
* Excellent project management and client handling skills.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and business development abilities.
* Proficiency in engineering software and reporting tools.
* UAE driving license is an added advantage.
