Landscape Engineer (Site & Procurement)

We are a growing high-end landscaping and fit-out company looking for a dynamic, hands-on Senior Landscape & Swimming Pool Engineer. The ideal candidate must possess a strong blend of technical site management, commercial awareness, and an established network of local suppliers and subcontractors in the UAE. You will be responsible for taking projects from approved designs through procurement, budgeting, and full site execution. **Key Responsibilities:** Site Execution & Supervision: Oversee the full execution of landscape projects (Softscape & Hardscape) and swimming pools from excavation to final handover, ensuring high-quality standards and timeline adherence. Swimming Pool Expertise: Direct supervision of civil, MEP, waterproofing, filtration systems, and finishing works for concrete and luxury swimming pools. Procurement & Market Knowledge: Source materials, plants, and equipment. Leverage your existing relationships with UAE nurseries, quarries, and landscape suppliers to secure competitive pricing. Drafting & Technical Support: Review and modify 2D shop drawings, irrigation layouts, and MEP plans on AutoCAD whenever required to match site conditions. Project Management & Budgeting: Manage project timelines, material submittals, daily site progress, and quantity surveying (QS) to maintain project profitability. Manpower Management: Utilize an existing network of reliable daily-wage workers and specialized subcontractors to scale site manpower as needed. Requirements & Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, Landscape Architecture, or a related field. Experience: 4–7 years of proven experience in executing luxury residential villas or commercial landscaping and swimming pool projects specifically in the UAE. Software Skills: Proficient in AutoCAD (2D) for quick modifications and layout adjustments. Market Network: A strong, ready-to-use database of UAE plant nurseries (e.g., Al Aweer, Al Dhaid), material suppliers, and on-call skilled labor. Driving License: Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory (with a personal car is a plus). Languages: Fluent in English (Arabic is a strong advantage for managing labor and client relations).
