**1. JOB DETAILS:**
**Position Title:** Lead Engineer
**Broad Band:** M11: Experienced professional
**Talent Pipeline Layer:** Managing Self Expert Consultant (MS)
**2. OVERALL JOB PURPOSE:**
Improve technology application and integration for at least one technology and/or a key (major) role within area of expertise/or portfolio of projects. (Operating level: Tactical)
**3. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:**
**Qualification:**
1. Bachelors of Engineering (Specific discipline) + 4 years as Snr Engineer
2. Masters of Engineering (Specific discipline) + 2years as Snr Engineer
**Experience:**
1. 8 years experience as Engineer (subject to qualification)
2. International experience advantageous
