This role is suited for someone who combines analytical thinking with hands-on marketing execution. You will be responsible for creating and managing strategies that attract, engage, and convert potential buyers while supporting the sales team with high-quality opportunities. **Your Role:** * Plan and execute targeted lead generation campaigns focused on the UAE property market * Improve website and landing page performance using SEO techniques (on-page, off-page, and technical) * Manage keywords, metadata, and structured data to increase search visibility * Monitor real estate trends and adjust campaigns based on market behavior * Build and optimize conversion funnels, including landing pages, retargeting, and email campaigns * Track and measure performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and CRM platforms * Generate leads through organic channels, paid advertising, social media, and property portals * Collaborate with the sales team to improve lead quality and conversion rates **What You Bring:** * 2–3 years of experience working in the UAE market (required) * Experience in real estate marketing is a plus * Proven background in lead generation and digital marketing * Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, and Meta Ads * Experience using CRM systems and marketing tools * Ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize results * Understanding of customer behavior and conversion strategies **Additional Advantages:** * Familiarity with UAE property listing platforms * Knowledge of content marketing and conversion-focused writing * Experience with property CRM systems or MLS integrations **What We Offer:** * Competitive salary * Flexible working environment * Growth opportunities within the UAE real estate sector Apply directly on Indeed or send your CV to **[email protected]** **Shortlisted candidates will be contacted for an interview.** Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
