Transforming the world.** This Project aims to take over the existing asset and maximize the production in 2 phases. This is a fast-track project and schedule-oriented Design to enhance the production. The Phase 1 will restore, upgrade, and develop the current plant (CPF1) including: Restoration of initial CPF1 capacity; building a new export pipeline (24”, ~30km); restoration of CPF1 integrity and operability; flaring elimination and released water; development of new flowlines, pads, and electrification network for approximately 30 new wells; debottlenecking of the plant; upgrade of the Safety and Security facilities. Our scope is to provide Engineering, Procurement services and Construction assistance (EPsCa) for the initial development phase of the field in Southern Iraq. It will take all of us working together to deliver solutions to the world’s most critical challenges. **Expected:** * Degree qualification in Instrument Engineering. * Minimum of 15 years experience in the oil and gas industry. * Minimum of 5 years proven capability in an engineering design company. * Knowledge and understanding of the fundamentals of Instrument and Controls engineering design and analysis. * Familiar with the typical software packages that are used for Instrument and Controls engineering design. * Experience of the application of HAZOP, HAZID and SIL Rating to Instrument and Controls design. * Experience of working with multi-national and multi-cultural project teams is strongly preferred. * Fluent in both spoken and written English language.
