Lead Static Engineer

Leveraging extensive experience and AI-enabled delivery, we support customers in navigating complexity as they meet today's needs and transition to more sustainable solutions. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead and manage all static equipment engineering activities during FEED, EPC, and detailed engineering phases of the project. * Provide technical leadership for the design, specification, and procurement of static equipment, including pressure vessels, columns, heat exchangers, tanks, separators, filters, reactors, and package equipment. * Develop and review equipment datasheets, specifications, material requisitions, technical bid evaluations, and vendor documentation. * Ensure compliance with ADNOC standards, project specifications, and applicable international codes and standards such as ASME, API, TEMA, and ASTM. * Coordinate with Process, Piping, Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Instrumentation, and Procurement disciplines to ensure effective integration of static equipment requirements. * Review and approve vendor drawings, calculations, manufacturing procedures, and inspection requirements. * Support constructability reviews, value engineering studies, and cost optimization initiatives throughout the project lifecycle. * Participate in design reviews, HAZOP, constructability workshops, and technical meetings with clients, vendors, and contractors. * Monitor engineering progress and ensure deliverables are completed in accordance with project schedules, quality standards, and HSE requirements. * Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and supervision to a team of Specialists, Senior Engineers, and Engineers. * Interface effectively with clients, licensors, suppliers, and project stakeholders to resolve technical issues and support successful project execution. **Minimum Requirements** * A bachelor’s degree in relevant engineering discipline or equivalent from an accredited university, with a minimum of fifteen (15+) years of relevant experience in the Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industry, including a minimum of five (5) years (preferred) in the GCC region. * Must have at least five (5) years of experience in a similar position on major Oil & Gas or Petrochemical projects, managing a team of Specialists, Senior Engineers, and Engineers. * ADNOC & Offshore project experience is preferred. * PMC experiences are preferrable. * Experience in FEED & EPC Phases is required. * Strong knowledge of international standards and codes including ASME Section VIII, API 650, API 620, API 661, API 660, TEMA, and NACE requirements. * Experience in technical bid evaluations, vendor management, and fabrication oversight for static equipment. * Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. * Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary and multicultural project environments. **Moving forward together** We want our people to be energized and empowered to drive sustainable impact.
