Lifting Supervisor

We’re Hiring: Lifting Supervisor📍 Location: Anbar – Akkaz OilfieldWe are currently seeking an experienced Lifting Supervisor to join our team for a key project in Akkaz Oilfield. This role requires strong technical expertise in lifting operations, safety compliance, and team coordination.🔹 Key Responsibilities:* Ensure all lifting activities are conducted in accordance with approved lifting plans and safe systems of work* Supervise riggers, crane operators, and all personnel involved in lifting operations* Verify crane operators’ competency and ensure working hours comply with operating criteria* Check ground conditions to ensure safety for lifting operations* Ensure Safe Working Load (SWL) is never exceeded* Monitor weather conditions and ensure cranes operate within safe limits* Conduct and verify risk assessments, considering environmental and site factors* Ensure all lifting equipment is certified, inspected, and properly marked* Confirm effective communication methods during lifting operations* Ensure all personnel are briefed on risks, procedures, and emergency plans* Verify crane capacity for required loads and operating radius* Ensure availability of rescue plans and competent personnel at all times🎓 Candidate Requirements:* Rigger Training is mandatory* LEEA Certification (or equivalent) is preferred💼 Experience & Skills:* 10–15 years of experience in lifting operations* Previous roles as Lifting Foreman or Crane Operator (Mobile/Tower)* Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)*Ability to work in a multicultural environment⚠️ Note: This position is open to Iraqi nationals only.🔗 Apply here: https://lnkd.in/dRTmbyQE📩 Interested candidates are encouraged to apply or share their CVs.If you know someone suitable, feel free to tag or share this opportunity.
