Lighting Engineer/Coordinator

Looking for a Lighting Design Engineer/Sales coordinator for our Lighting division with Proficiency in AutoCAD for lighting design and layout creation, Strong command of MS Office suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in sales coordination or a related field is a plus. Detailed Job Description: Conduct detailed lighting design and calculations using industry-standard software (e.g., DIALux, AGi32). Develop lighting plans, layouts, and specifications based on project requirements and client needs. Perform lux calculations to ensure optimal lighting levels and energy efficiency for various applications. Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical support and solutions during the pre-sales process. Prepare and present lighting design proposals to clients, including visualizations and technical documentation. Assist in the preparation of quotations, tenders, and sales proposals. Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to source lighting products and materials. Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful project completion. Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the project lifecycle. Stay updated with industry trends, new products, and emerging technologies in lighting design. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Lighting Design, Electrical Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field. Proven experience in lighting design and lux calculations, preferably in a sales or project coordination role. Proficiency in lighting design software (e.g., DIALux, AGi32) and CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD). Strong understanding of lighting principles, standards, and regulations. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
