Role Overview We are seeking a talented **Machine Learning Engineer** to join our growing AI team. This role is central to designing, building, and deploying machine learning models that drive impactful solutions. You will collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to deliver scalable AI systems that align with business goals. Key Responsibilities * **Model Development**: Design, train, and optimize machine learning models for diverse applications. * **Data Engineering**: Prepare, clean, and structure datasets for model training and evaluation. * **Deployment**: Implement ML models into production environments with scalability and reliability. * **Performance Monitoring**: Track and improve model accuracy, efficiency, and robustness. * **Collaboration**: Work closely with product managers and engineers to integrate ML solutions into business workflows. * **Research**: Stay updated with the latest ML frameworks, tools, and methodologies. Qualifications * Proven experience as a **Machine Learning Engineer** or similar role. * Strong proficiency in **Python**, **TensorFlow**, **PyTorch**, and **scikit-learn**. * Solid understanding of **data structures**, **algorithms**, and **statistics**. * Experience with **cloud platforms** (AWS, Azure, GCP) and **MLOps practices**. * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field. * Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
