MAINTENANCE ENGINEER

We are looking for a general maintenance engineer with 3–5 years of experience in handling civil and MEP maintenance works. The candidate will be responsible for supervising site activities, coordinating with technicians and subcontractors, and ensuring timely completion of maintenance tasks(India /Sri lankans preferred) **key responsibilities:** * handle day-to-day maintenance works including civil, electrical, plumbing, and hvac * inspect sites and identify repair and maintenance requirements * coordinate with technicians, suppliers, and subcontractors * prepare basic estimates, material requests, and work schedules * ensure quality of work and compliance with safety standards * monitor progress and report status to management * attend client complaints and ensure quick resolution **requirements:** * 3–5 years experience in maintenance (civil & mep works) * diploma or bachelor’s in engineering (civil/mechanical/electrical preferred) * uae driving license preferred * good communication and coordination skills * ability to handle multiple sites and tasks Job Type: Full-time Work Location: In person
