We're Hiring - Maintenance Manager• Location: Kalar - Kifri Road, Iraq* Company: Qaiwan Steel FactoryQaiwan Steel Factory is seeking an experienced and results-driven Maintenance Manager to join our team and lead maintenance operations across our steel manufacturing facility.Key Responsibilities:Lead preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.Manage mechanical, electrical, and civil maintenance teams.Ensure the reliability and efficiency of production equipment, including CCM, Rolling Mill, cranes, compressors, pumps, and utilities.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce downtime and improve equipment performance.Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.Manage maintenance budgets, spare parts, and contractor activities.Requirements:~ Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.V 7-10 years of experience in heavy industry or steel manufacturing.V Minimum 5 years in a managerial or supervisory maintenance role.V Strong knowledge of CMMS, reliability systems, PLCs, SCADA, and maintenance best practices.V Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.V English proficiency required; Arabic is an advantage.If you are passionate about operational excellence and have the expertise to lead maintenance activities in a dynamic steel manufacturing environment, we would like to hear from you.Apply by sending your CVto: [email protected]
