Male Senior Accountant

**Job Title: Senior Accountant** **Location:** Ajman, United Arab Emirates **Employment Type:** Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced **Senior Accountant** to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a strong accounting background with hands-on experience in managing accounts independently up to finalization. The candidate should be proficient in Tally and possess comprehensive knowledge of UAE accounting practices, VAT regulations, cash flow management, depreciation, and costing. Key Responsibilities * Maintain and manage complete books of accounts up to finalization. * Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. * Handle general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations. * Prepare and file UAE VAT returns in compliance with Federal Tax Authority (FTA) regulations. * Manage fixed asset registers and calculate depreciation. * Monitor and prepare cash flow forecasts and reports. * Conduct cost analysis and maintain costing records to support business decisions. * Ensure compliance with UAE accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies. * Assist with budgeting, financial planning, and audit requirements. * Prepare management reports and provide financial insights to support business operations. Requirements * Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. * **Minimum 5 years of accounting experience in the UAE**. * Strong proficiency in **Tally ERP** (mandatory). * Proven experience handling accounts independently up to finalization. * Thorough knowledge of **UAE VAT filing and compliance**. * Strong understanding of **depreciation accounting, cash flow management, and costing**. * Experience in preparing financial reports and MIS reports. * Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software. * Strong communication skills in English. Preferred Qualifications * Professional accounting certification (CA, ACCA, CMA, CPA, or equivalent) will be an advantage. * Experience working in a multi-entity or trading/manufacturing environment is preferred.
