Management Accountant

We are looking for an experienced and commercially focused Accountant to join our growing business. The ideal candidate will have strong financial and management reporting experience, along with the ability to support senior leadership through insightful analysis, operational reporting, and team management. **Key Responsibilities** * Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports * Prepare and present reports for higher management and shareholders * Attend management meetings and provide financial and operational insights for strategic decision-making * Monitor business performance, profitability, KPIs, and operational efficiency * Manage and supervise finance and operational teams where required * Support budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial planning * Analyse sales performance, product profitability, margins, stock/inventory, and operational data * Ensure accurate accounting records, reconciliations, and compliance with financial procedures * Develop dashboards, automated reports, and management information systems * Improve reporting efficiency through automation and data analytics tools * Work closely with management on business improvement initiatives and commercial analysis * Support process improvements across finance and operational functions **Requirements** * Strong financial and management accounting background * Hands-on finance and commercial reporting experience * Experience dealing with senior management and stakeholders * Strong analytical, commercial, and problem-solving skills * Team management and leadership experience preferred * Experience in sales analysis, product analysis, stock/inventory reporting, and operational reporting * Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including: * Pivot Tables * Power Query * Power Pivot * Complex formulas * Dashboards and automation * Experience with business intelligence and analytics tools such as: * Microsoft Power BI * Tableau * Knowledge or experience in AI-based automation/reporting tools is highly desirable * Experience with ERP and accounting systems preferred * Strong communication, presentation, and organisational skills **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field * Professional qualification is preferred * Candidates currently pursuing professional qualifications will also be considered depending on experience and skillset **Preferred Experience** * 5+ years of relevant accounting, finance, or commercial reporting experience * Experience in management accounting, commercial finance, or financial analysis * Experience managing teams and coordinating with multiple departments Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
